Campgrounds, Sites and Stays?
So, how's this whole thing supposed to work anyway?
Campgrounds
Well, it all starts with a Campground (dah). Select +add a campground from the main Campground List and you're off to the races. Enter at least the name of the Campground and then as much other information as you like. You can always add or update it later as you get more information.
Sites
Before you can add information about individual visits (Stays), you'll need a Site Number to do that on. The Site Numbers are added on the Campgrounds Detail page by selecting +add a site from the side panel.
Site Numbers are usually assigned by the campground, but occasionally (as in the case of a Harvest Host or a Mootchdock), you may have to make up your own. Try to use something short while being descriptive enough to describe where you stayed; Like, "Out back by the Dumpster".
Stay Again?
Both Campgrounds and Sites will let you indicate whether you would Stay Again or not. A lot of times, the campground may rate a favorable Stay Again, while a specific camp site will not.
These icons will show up in the main Campground List and the Stays List under the cg (campground) and the st (site) columns.
Nope
No way. This is a dead-stop; "not staying here again."
Maybe
For some reason there may be extenuating circumstances. Might stay here again for the right reason. But it would have to be a good one.
Yes
Just plain ole "Yes". Would stay here again without question.
Overnight Only
No real reason to stay here again - but no real reason not to either. It's certainly not a "destination" but okay for an overnight stay along the way.

Mileage
How many miles from point-A to point-B?
Mileage can be One-Way or a Round-Trip as in the case of an out-n-back to the house, weekend trip.
Mileage entries also can track whether or not you had a toad that trip (handy for maintenance records later).
